After your order has been successfully received, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by e-mail from us. In this you will find the amount to be transferred and our bank details. Please state your order number and name as intended purpose so that the payment can be assigned to your order.

Once your payment has been matched to your order in the system, it goes into the shipping process.
PayPal
To pay with PayPal, you need a free account with PayPal. PayPal offers various payment options and insures orders up to € 500. If you would like to pay for your order via PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal and asked to log in with your account or to re-register. Now just select the desired payment method (PayPal credit, debit or credit card) and confirm the payment. We will then receive a confirmation from PayPal and send your goods immediately.
Credit card
You are welcome to pay with us by credit card. Our payment provider PayPal allows the payment process conveniently and safely directly in our check-out process. The charge on your credit card account will be made upon completion of the order. For payment by credit card you do not need a PayPal account.
Direct debit
You are welcome to pay by direct debit. Our payment provider PayPal allows the payment process conveniently and safely directly in our check-out process. Your account will be debited upon completion of the order. For the payment by direct debit you do not need a PayPal account.
Shipping
Your parcel will be sent safely and quickly with DPD (for shipments to outside Europe with UPS). As soon as our shipping service provider has handed over your goods to the parcel services, you will receive a shipment number. Usually, your watch product will arrive after 1-3 business days within Germany and 2-5 days within the EU. Delivery times to other countries please fee free to contact us. Of course, we try to process every order as quickly as possible. Please note that delivery times abroad may differ.
